Vermietung zur Unterstützung studentischen Lebens

Die Räume der ESG-Fulda werden zur Unterstützung des studentischen Lebens auch vermietet.

Das bedeutet, in der Regel werden die Räume nur an Studierende der Hochschule Fulda vergeben oder an Institutionen, die mit dem Leben an der Hochschule verbunden sind. Die Vergabe an externe Institutionen ist möglich, sie unterstützen den Zweck, das Leben an Hochschule zu fördern, durch ihre Miete. Bitte nehmen Sie gerne Kontakt auf.

Private Nutzung

Wer einen Raum für einen privaten Anlass mieten möchte, z.B. für ein Fest an einem Samstag, bezahlt 50,00 € (zzgl. 100,00 € Kaution) für den großen Saal. Die Buchung ist erst nach der Buchungsbestätigung gültig. Nach der Nutzung ist der Raum gereinigt zu übergeben (meistens wird es nötig sein, den Raum und die Toiletten zu putzen). - HINWEIS: Wenn es nicht sauber ist oder Dinge beschädigt sind, wird die Kaution einbehalten.

Institutionen

Seminare oder Versammlungen von Organisationen, Vereinen und Initiativen sind insbesondere wochentags und samstags tagsüber möglich. Der Regelpreis liegt bei 100,00 € für die halbtägige Nutzung (für gemeinnützige Organisationen sind Ermäßigungen möglich). Sie sollten aber den Preis erfragen, da insbesondere bei größeren Gruppen andere Reinigungsbedarfe entstehen.

Der große Raum der ESG-Fulda mit Küche ist -nach Vereinbarung - nutzbar für Sitzungen und private Feiern.

ESG-Fulda

The Protestant Student Community (ESG) in Fulda is an organisation for students at Fulda University of Applied Sciences.

It is located in the Protestant Centre ‘Haus Oranien’ at Heinrich-von-Bibra-Platz 14a on the 4th floor. There is a comfortable large room for large and small groups, a counselling office, and a prayer room. We accommodate guest groups of international students. Our room can also be rented for private events and can be self-catered. There is a lift.

Renting out to support student life
The rooms of ESG-Fulda are also rented out to support student life.
This means that, as a rule, the rooms are only allocated to students of Fulda University of Applied Sciences or to institutions associated with life at the university. It is possible to rent the rooms to external institutions, which support the purpose of promoting life at the university through their rent. Please do not hesitate to contact us.


Private use
Anyone wishing to rent a room for a private event, e.g. for a party on a Saturday, pays €50.00 (plus €100.00 deposit) for the large hall. The booking is only valid after the booking confirmation. After use, the room must be left clean (in most cases it will be necessary to clean the room and the toilets). - NOTE: If it is not clean or things are damaged, the deposit will be retained.

Institutions
Seminars or meetings of organizations, associations and initiatives are possible, especially on weekdays and Saturdays during the day. The standard price is €100.00 for half-day use (discounts are available for non-profit organizations). However, you should enquire about the price, as other cleaning requirements arise, especially for larger groups.
